Thanks everyone for having a great time together! The 3rd Montafon Banked Slalom was super fun!

Just found out that we have got to change some names on the list: fredi asper = fredrik austbo; jason von rhythm = jason horton; rhythm diem = stian solberg.

In order to the enormous rush on the registrations we have got some news for all competitors!
We have now 110 registered competitors. We are stoked! That leads to a very tight time schedule. Please make sure you are early engough to get your number.
Inscription for all registered riders starts 8am at the lift station. Race starts 10.30!! If you want to check out the course before that come early.
We will try to offer anyone to have two runs. But because of the numerous racers we are not able to promise this is possible. The decision how many riders can do a second run will be taken at the race.

Hi Everybody, long time no see! Next Montafon Banked Slalom --> 6th April 2013!!!
Registration will start on 1st of april at 8pm so you will have to wait a little bit longer!

Then this year we will be able to offer you a tourist package (race fee + Lift ticket + accomodation). Exact Details will be posted during the next days!!

Due to numberous registrations we had to close the online-registration now.
If you are stll interested in participating at the race you have the opportunity to register on site as far as some places get released.
Aufgrund der zahlreichen Anmedlungen wurde die Online-Anmeldung geschlossen.
Sollte trotzdem großes Interesse bestehen, am Rennen teilzunehmen, kannst du dein Glück vor Ort probieren: Werden Plätze frei, können diese am Tag der Veranstaltung vergeben werden.

hello everybody!
first montafon banked slalom is over! it was a amazing weekend with
friends! the weather god was gracious to us. temperatures around 15
degrees made people from all over the world feel comfortable. you
could see on everybodies faces how much fun they had with the racing
track! the crowd was amazed by the action and enjoyed the nice
atmosphere. they had the chance to see all kind of riders from their
best friends to the worlds best snowboarders! an ice cold beer at the
apres banked session made everyone happy and ready for the awards
ceremony at night. Nice and funky music, drinks and goodies showed the
spirit of the montafon banked slalom and made it a great event.
a spezial thx to all of our helpers, racers as well as our main
sponsor deeluxe and all of the other sponsors: ride, 686, hook,
skullcandy, dvs, pirates, fohrenburg, carpemedia, ski & snowboardschool
gargellen & skiresort gargellen!

What a f***ing great day it was!! Thanks to everyone for this memorable event!
Everything worked very well. No Injuries, nice athmosphere very nice people around!

So nice to see that people are keen for this race!
Thanks to all who signed in and to the last 11 left!
so far we've got 59 men, 10 women and 0 kids competing
And not to forget - Kids are welcome!
It's all about fun!
On 2nd of april we're going to race through a natural basin, man-made course, „Old School Style“! The course is set up in Gargellen at Schafberg and the race starts at 10:00 am. Riders of all ages, rookies and experts, can show their skills.
Early this season I realized that there are so many talents out there. It would be cool to bring some of them together in a true snowboard event which is not about freestyle or freeriding but snowboarding. In some conversation Marco „Fichtl“ Feichtner came up with the idea of a banked slalom and I immediately knew what to do. So here we go now. Hope to see you there.
